Having lived in the south of France for eight years, Sara moved to Paris in search of a slightly faster pace of life. With the city so immersed in culture, and so many different things going on, Sara says she is still enjoying discovering all the different quarters. With more than eight years of experience in admin support roles, Sara is PA to VINGT’S CEO Susie Hollands – who says she doesn’t know what she’d do without her!

Favourite local bar?
Bugsy’s bar and restaurant in rue Montalivet, close to the Champs-Élysées. They are renowned for their great cocktails, friendly staff and excellent burgers.

Favourite local café/restaurant?
Jour – I love to go there for lunch, as it’s close to the office.

Local indulgence?
Coffee on a Sunday morning with my friends.

Guilty pleasure?
Macarons – there’s nothing quite like that light texture combined with amazing flavours.

Best thing about your quartier?
Here in the 13th, we are renowned for having the best Chinese food in Paris.
